A couple of weeks ago, I got to spend some time shooting “Wolves at the Door”, DEFY Wrestling‘s second event here in Seattle. The event itself – my first pro wrestling event – was a hell of a spectacle: theatrical and violent, yet strangely exciting. I had a blast shooting the matches, but I also wanted to capture the personalities of the wrestlers by photographing them backstage before and immediately after their matches.
